These workouts were all planned out by my team and me, so you don’t have to think about it. You will get specific instructions about which exercises, how many sets, how many reps and even rest time. If you don’t know what a particular exercise is, there is an instructional video included for each movement.
This Guidebook will give you all the information you need, and more, to get the most of your training program. Included are sample diets, FAQ’s, recovery tips, cardio routines, and more. You receive this guidebook via email directly after you sign up. Keep it in a safe place, you will be using it a lot!
We all know how important a proper diet is. Your guidebook includes diet guidelines, sample diets, and FAQ’s. There are recommendations for calculating calories based on body type, recommended Macro’s for different goals, and sample diets as a starting point for you to try.
Cardio is an important tool in your transformation tool box. Your guidebook gives cardio instructions about what kind of cardio to do, how much, what intensity, and when to perform your cardio to get the optimal results on this program. We help you find the balance of burning fat but without hurting your progress in the gym!
Nutritional supplements are a big part of getting the most out of your health and fitness program. Your guidebook will give you all of Tawna’s supplement recommendations as well as when to take each one and how much to take. The supplements are also prioritized so you can take just the basics, or you can take the full range of supplements like Tawna.

All of your workouts are available directly on your phone! My easy to use app will keep track of all of your weights and reps. Instructional videos are in the app so you don’t need to leave your workout to view an instructional video.
My own transformation
Fitness saved me.
In school, I was always very tall and very thin. I can’t say if I gained the freshman 15 or not because I had never weighed myself before. Not because I was scared, but I just didn’t care. I have never been overweight but I was more “skinny fat.” I just felt mushy, with a skinny upper body and a flabby butt. I did go to the gym and “workout” every now and then but was only doing what I remembered from school. I started to work out more and clean up my food intake. By that, I mean half ass weights, cardio, and basically starving myself. Eating once a day, usually, breakfast was a bowl of cereal or lunch a PB&J. Oh, and did I mention my heavy nights of partying with basically little to no sleep every night?
This was my very first progress photo ever. The first time I took measurements and weighed, I knew I was making a change that would not only change my appearance but MY LIFE. We trained for eight weeks for my very first show. Even though I was tired and hungry at some points…I’ll say it was the best eight weeks of my life. The training, the accountability, the challenges, the goals, the regimen, and the discipline. That was what I had been missing. I noticed the more I put my focus, time, and energy into working on MYSELF, the less I damaged myself. Just like my physique was changing, I slowly started to change my lifestyle too… I realize now that I will always be a work in progress and that’s part of why I love this lifestyle. I’ll continue to build myself and my physique!
16-Week Bikini Body
This is a 16 week training program split into 3 Phases. Phase One is a 3 day per week, total body strength training routine. Phase 2 consists of 2, 4 week programs of 4 days per week. Phase 3 is the final 4 weeks of the program and is 5 days per week. This program includes my training guide book that includes advice on diet, supplementation, cardio, recovery and all the accessories you will want or need to complete the training program as designed!
(Billed as 4 monthly payments of $49)
This program is divided up into (3) 4-week training cycles. Every 4 weeks you will get a new set of 2 upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts and a weekly Metcon.
This program is for people of all skill levels, however, you will need access to a gym.
8-Week at Home Workout
This program is for those of you that want to get a workout in at home or on the go, with minimal equipment needed! Each week has 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days.
What you’ll need:
- A Soft towel
- Resistance bands with handles.
- Leg bands (Booty Bands by Booty Queen)
- A pair of dumbbells (adjustable if possible)
