Is this real? Someone, pinch me! I’m on the COVER of Train for Her Magazine!?
I am incredibly honored to be the February Cover Model. It fills me with so many emotions. From being a little girl looking at magazines, telling my parents THIS, this is what I want to be, to watching those dreams come true, it’s just a surreal feeling! Though I always knew I wanted to be in magazines and be a fitness model, I now know the true reason and why I love what I do. Of course, being on the cover is totally rad; but it’s so much more than just a “look at me” moment. Do you know how many women all over the world will look at this magazine? That many more women that I get to reach, empower, and try to make an impact on, to share some of my tips on training, supplements, and how to be your best self! Which, to me, goes beyond the way you look. Health and Fitness has been one of the most positive things in my life. It enhances all areas of my life. Achieving my own results is a wonderful feeling, but being able to help, inspire, and touch other people’s lives in a positive way is the best reward.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the support from my amazing team, KAGED MUSCLE. Their continued belief in me as an athlete, coach, and person is more than I could have imagined. I am beyond grateful to be a part of a company with not only the best supplements around, but being surrounded by a likeminded, inspirational group of people. Thank you guys so much for everything!
